To improve cooling efficiency of a PTO clutch mechanism in a pump device accomodating a hydraulic pump main body and the PTO clutch mechanism in a housing capable of holding oil.
The housing comprises a gear housing space of narrow width enclosing a range including an engagement point of a first and a second transmission gears in a power transmission gear train to transmit power from an input shaft to a pump shaft or a PTO shaft, and a PTO clutch housing space to house the PTO clutch mechanism. The housing also includes a pair of a first and a second suction/discharge ports. The first suction/discharge port is disposed in the gear housing space to be positioned on the opposite side to the PTO clutch housing space over the engagement point of the first and the second transmission gear.
