Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pump device having a function of separating foreign objects from a working fluid in which foreign objects are mixed, and capable of dealing with a large flow rate of the working fluid.SOLUTION: A pump device includes: a first pump provided at a further upper part than a working fluid storage part; and a second pump having a rotary shaft concentric with a rotary shaft of the first pump, and provided at a further lower part than a suction port of the first pump. A centrifugal separation filter device having a function of separating foreign objects from a working fluid is provided in a region further upward than the second pump and further downward from the suction port of the first pump. The centrifugal separation filter device is arranged so that an inner diameter on the second pump side is large and the inner diameter on the first pump side is small.
