Abstract:
To provide a pump diagnosis method capable of effectively diagnosing a submerged pump regardless of a liquid level.SOLUTION: A pump diagnosis method comprises: a measurement step #10 of starting a pump in a state where a pump is stopped, measuring a current flowing through the pump for a predetermined measurement period after the start, and acquiring current value data including a set of pairs of current values and times measured per unit time; a specifying step #20 of specifying a stabilization period, which is a period from when the pump is started until an operating state becomes stable, based on the current value data; and a diagnosis step #30 of diagnosing the pump based on evidence including the stabilization period.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
