To prevent the infiltration of fluid into a motor part while preventing the flow out of transfer fluid transferred by an impeller to the outside.
A hydrogen circulating pump 1 for circulating surplus hydrogen discharged from a fuel cell 3 via a hydrogen circulation path 11 and resupplying the surplus hydrogen to the fuel cell 3 is provided with the impeller 49 in a lower part of a shaft 35 serving as a rotating shaft of the motor part 43. The impeller 49 has flowback blades 61 in the outer peripheral side and a base part 63 inside the flowback blades 61, and radially extending plate-shaped blades 65 are provided on the upper face of the base part 63. When the impeller 49 is rotated, due to action of centrifugal force, the blades 65 discharge water of hydrogen flowing into a pump chamber 59 from the central side to the flowback blade 61 side on the outer periphery, and infiltration of the water into inside of a motor chamber 57 is prevented via a seal member 55 provided on an upper wall 47c of an impeller casing 47.
