Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pump inspection jig capable of easily inspecting an inspection portion using an endoscope, even in a pump casing not provided with an inspection port at an upper part of the inspection portion.SOLUTION: A pump inspection jig 20 inspects inside of a pump casing 2 of a vertical shaft pump 1 by an endoscope. The pump casing 2 is not provided with an inspection port H at an upper part of an inspection portion, and is provided with a hole part 17 mounted to the other apparatus 16 at a position offset from the upper part of the inspection portion. The pump inspection jig 20 comprises: a cylindrical body 21 inside of which the endoscope is inserted, and that has an inlet part 22 and an outlet part 23; and a bending part 24 provided on a main body 21 between the inlet part 22 and the outlet part 23.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
