Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pump for low temperature fluid which can inhibit evaporation of a low temperature fluid, and to provide a low temperature fluid transfer device.SOLUTION: A pump 100 for low temperature fluid includes: an impeller; a rotary shaft 9; a housing; and a magnetic bearing 11. The rotary shaft 9 is connected to the impeller. The housing holds the rotary shaft 9 therein. The magnetic bearing 11 supports the rotary shaft 9 so that the rotary shaft 9 can rotate relative to the housing. The magnetic bearing 11 includes a yoke and at least one coil 11b. The yoke forms at least part of a magnetic circuit 11e. The at least one coil 11b encloses a part of the yoke. The yoke includes at least one permanent magnet 11c disposed at a position such that the permanent magnet 11c forms a part of the magnetic circuit 11e.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
