To provide a pump mixing-discharging device allowing the preparation of content having desired characteristics just before use.

The device has a container containing the first content and having an opening which opens upward, a breaking section which can be broken by pressing to produce a through hole, a closing section which has a sheet-breaking mechanism erected in a region surrounded by the breaking section and is mounted in the opening of the container, an operation head which is movable up and down, has a flow passage sending the first content in the container outward and is mounted in the opening of the container so as to cover the closing section, and the second container which is attached to the operation head, contains the second content and has an lower-end opening equipped with a sheet to be broken by the sheet-breaking mechanism.
