PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically restart the operation of a pump when a movable direction selector valve of a center rod of the pump is stopped at its intermediate position and the operation of the pump is stopped.
SOLUTION: This device comprises the selector valve 2 having a center rod for defining a liquid sending chamber and a driving chamber 11b, 12b. When the center rod is driven to one side, the driving fluid is fed to the driving chamber at one side, and the transferred fluid in the liquid sending chamber at one side is discharged, and the transferred fluid is sucked into the liquid sending chamber at the other side while discharging the driving fluid in the driving chamber at the other side of the center rod to continuously transfer the transferred fluid by the reciprocation of the center rod. The device is equipped with a selector value to switch the movable direction of the center rod and a restarted fluid circuit 3 detecting the stop of the feeding of the driving fluid to both driving chambers when the feeding of the driving fluid to the both driving chambers from the selector valve is stopped, and restarting the feeding of the driving fluid to the driving chambers by allowing the driving fluid to flow to the selector valve.
