To evaluate the normal pumping state of a pump in a plant after the occurrence of an earthquake easily and at low cost.
In the evaluation system 1 for normal pumping, a device 11 generates a vibration data transmission initiation request and a vibration data transmission termination request. A device 12 transmits the vibration data transmission initiation request and the vibration data transmission termination request to a pump-installed vibrometer 4 by a cable (an electric cable) or radio waves (broadcasting radio waves or the like) and receives the vibration data of the pump supplied from the pump-installed vibrometer 4. A calculation device 13 for evaluation of normal pumping refers to a pump vibration database 16 and a pump grouping list 17 and evaluates the normal pumping of the pump in a nuclear power plant on the basis of the vibration data of the pump. A display device 15 displays the evaluation result of the normal pumping of the pump supplied from the calculation device 13.
