Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a friction heat generated in a reciprocation-type pump at low cost and suppress generation of gas phase (gas).SOLUTION: A pump for ultralow-temperature liquid according to some embodiments of the present invention includes: a cylinder in which a compression chamber is formed; a piston that reciprocates inside the cylinder to thereby change a capacity of the compression chamber; a suction valve for intaking ultralow-temperature liquid into the compression chamber according to a movement of the piston; a discharge valve for discharging the compressed ultralow-temperature liquid from the compression chamber according to a movement of the piston; and at least a pair of cams that come into contact with a cam receiver provided at one end of a piston rod of the piston and apply a pressing force to the cam receiver in a direction of pressing the compression chamber, the pair of cams reversely rotating at a symmetric phase at all times with respect to a center face; and a driving part for the pair of cams. At least one of the cam receiver and the pair of cams is formed of magnetic material, and further includes a magnet for applying a magnetic force to the cam receiver in a direction of expanding the compressing chamber.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
