Abstract:
To provide an effective means which can protect a pump by detecting the shut-off operation of the pump.
In a pump unit furnished with an outer tube 2 to form a circular flow passage 40 around a motor stator 13; a terminal 20 to feed the electric power from the outer periphery of the outer tube 2 to a stator coil; and a terminal box 45 provided to the terminal 20 on the outer surface of the outer tube 27 a thermal protector 46 is provided to the terminal box 45.
