To provide a pump in which pulsation width is suppressed through effective absorption of pulsation even in fluctuation of discharge pressure to allow the liquid to be continuously discharged smoothly and the space for installation can be decreased to a large extent through simplification of the piping configuration and miniaturization of the whole construction.
A reciprocating pump part 4 is equipped with bellows 7 driven by an air cylinder part 14 to make expansion and contraction on one side of a partitioning wall 1 furnished with an inflow passage 2 and outflow passage 3 and check valves 16a and 16b which are opened and closed alternately within a pumping operation chamber 9a formed in the bellows 7. On the other side of the partitioning wall 1, bellows 17 capable of expanding and contracting are provided to form a liquid chamber 20a to store the liquid discharged from the pump part 4 and an air chamber 20b isolated from the liquid chamber 20a, and a pulsation suppression part 5 is formed to absorb pulsation of the liquid discharged from the pump part 4 with the change in the capacity of the liquid chamber 20a. The part 5 is equipped with valve mechanisms 42 and 43 to make air supply and exhaust to/from the air chamber 20b so as to restrict the expansion and contraction deformation of the bellows 17 within a certain extent.
