Abstract:
To miniaturize a motor in a pump driven by a canned motor by making a bearing part to serve as a submerged ball bearing.
In this pump 100 driven by a canned motor 120, submerged ball bearings 140, 142 are arranged in the bearing of the canned motor 120 and an axial thrust bearing is eliminated so as to miniaturize the pump 100, and suction operation is performed from the shaft end P side of the motor 120 so as to improve the degree of freedom for mounting the pump and enhance the suction performance of the pump 100, capable of setting a high rotational range.
