Abstract:
To provide a technology capable of reducing sound generated by a pump.SOLUTION: A fluid pump has: a driving portion; a moving portion moved by the driving of the driving portion; a pump chamber which increases/decreases capacity by the movement of the moving portion; a partitioning portion which configures an upper wall of the pump chamber; and a fluid passing portion which is provided on the partitioning portion and through which a fluid passes. The fluid passing portion has: a valve seat portion which has a plurality of ventilation holes penetrating the partitioning portion in a vertical direction; and a valve body which has a shaft portion extending in the vertical direction and opens/closes the plurality of ventilation holes. The valve seat portion has a first area and a second area into which the plurality of ventilation holes are distributed. Among four sections divided by two planes including a center axis of the shaft portion and orthogonal to each other, in one of the two sections opposite to each other, the first area is positioned, and in the other, the second area is positioned.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
