Abstract:
To provide a low noise product and a pump of high energy efficiency, in the pump in which a fluid is delivered through piping by compression and vacuum of a compression chamber by straight reciprocating motion of a driving portion.SOLUTION: A pump having a suction port for sucking a fluid, a compression chamber for compressing the sucked fluid, and a delivery port for delivering the compressed fluid, has a driving source having a rotating shaft, a rotation portion connected to the rotating shaft at a center portion, and provided with at least a pair of rotation-side magnet groups having different magnetic poles, in a circumferential direction, and a driving portion including at least a pair of linear motion-side magnet groups disposed corresponding to at least the pair of magnet groups of the rotation portion and having different magnetic poles. The driving portion is mounted in a manner that it can be close to or separated from the rotation portion by suction force or repulsion force of the rotation-side magnet groups and the linear motion-side magnet groups displacing in accompany with the rotation of the rotation portion, and can be linearly reciprocated in the compression chamber.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
