Title:
PUMP
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS59138795
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To perform suction and discharge of a dirty material by a pump so as to simplify its construction and reduce its cost, by allowing city water to flow in a nozzle and rotate an impeller so that a driving gear, rotary disc and blade pieces are turned at a high speed through a driving ring gear without causing any necessity for using the electric power.

CONSTITUTION: If city water at a fixed pressure is allowed to flow in a nozzle hole part 7 from a faucet, an impeller 4, receiving the water energetically jetted from an injection port 8 by a continuous bearing 3, is rotated, and a driving gear 6 and a rotary blade disc 12 are simultaneously turned at a high speed through a driving ring gear 5. Accordingly, a dirty material in a pond (not shown in the drawing) is fluidized to be attracted from an introducing inlet part 14 toward blade pieces 13 provided in rows in the rotary blade disc 12 and discharged via a feed outlet part 15 and a flexible feed out pipe 21 communicated to a pump chamber part 11. Further, the pure city water rotating the impeller 4 during the operation is supplied to a boiler or the like through a flexible drain hose 20 and can be effectively used. Such constitution enables the construction of a pump to be simplified and its cost to be reduced without causing any necessity for using the electric power.
