Abstract:
To provide a pumping-combined heat exchanger which reduces construction cost and also reduces an installation area by sharing excavation work for installing a pumping well and excavation work for installing a heat exchange pipe.SOLUTION: When an excavation rod 2 reaches a predetermined depth, an upper end of the excavation rod 2 is removed from a lower end of an excavation head 12, and a casing pipe 3 in a hollow cylindrical shape is inserted from an upper end opening of the excavation rod 2 to a hollow part 22 of the excavation rod 2. In a circumference of the casing pipe 3, four pairs of U-shaped heat exchange pipes 4 are fixed at intervals of 90 degrees. The heat exchange pipe 4 is disposed in parallel with an axis of the casing pipe 3 and fixed to the circumference of the casing pipe 3 by a belt-like binding band 5. The heat exchange pipe 4 is fixed at multiple positions in an axial direction of the casing pipe 3 by the binding band 5. The heat exchange pipe 4 is formed in a hollow and closed loop shape, and a heat medium liquid is permeated, circulated therein and heat-exchanged between underground and ground heat pumps 6 (see Fig. 6).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
