Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply material to a force-feeding pump without applying excess pressure to efficiently suck and discharge the material. SOLUTION: This force-feeding device has a screw feeder 2 for feeding material 1 with mixing and compressing the material 1, and a force-feeding pump 6 including a hopper 3 for receiving the material 1 discharged from the screw feeder 2 and two force-feeding cylinders 4, 5 for alternately sucking and discharging the received material 1. A pressure detector 35 detects a supply pressure of the material 1 fed into the hopper 3, and the drive of the screw feeder 2 is controlled according to largeness of the detected signal to supply the material 1 at an appropriate pressure.
