Abstract:

To provide a pumping device that can pump underwater at any depth for improving soil.

This pumping device includes a first chamber 38 allowing inflow of water, a second chamber 40 into which compressed air is introduced, and a third chamber 42. The third chamber is connected to the first chamber 38 and the second chamber 40 so as to allow flow of the compressed air from the second chamber to the third chamber and water suction from the first chamber following this flow.
