The vacuum deep well system pumping device has a casing pipe 10 embedded in a well W of the ground E, a separator tank 15 arranged in the casing pipe and having an opening lower part, a pumping pump 16 arranged in the separator tank, and a vacuum pump 18 for reducing pressure of the inside of the separator tank. An upper end part of the casing pipe 10 has a cooling water tank 10 for storing a part of underground water pumped by the pumping pump 16. An exhaust system of the vacuum pump 18 is communicated with the inside of the casing pipe 10, and is constituted so as to supply cooling water of a cooling water tank 14 to a cooler of the vacuum pump 18. Noise is restrained by shutting up the noise of the vacuum pump 18 in the casing pipe 10.
