PURPOSE: To obtain a supercharging character along an overall operation range utilizing the fluid in a suction chamber by crossing respective outflow ends of an inlet passage and a bypass passage with each other to be connected to the suction chamber and still connecting the outflow end of a drain passage to upper position of inner angle side of the crossing portion.
CONSTITUTION: A hydraulic pump 10 for a fan driving device and a hydraulic pump 30 for a power steering device are provided in a housing 1. On this occasion, the delivery chamber 15 of the hydraulic pump 10 is connected to a suction chamber 14 via a bypass passage 23 as well as connected to the fan driving device via a delivery passage 16 etc. And the suction chamber 14 is connected to a inlet passage 20 which leads the fluid brought back from the fan driving device to the suction chamber 14, and the outflow end of said inlet passage 20 is crossed with the outflow end of the bypass passage 23 at a position near the suction chamber 14 for connecting the same to the suction chamber 14. And again, the outflow end of a drain passage 21 is made to open at the central upper position of inner angle side of crossing portion. According to this, a super-charging character is obtained utilizing the fluid in the suction chamber along an overall operating range.
