Abstract:
To provide a pumping power generation system in which output of system effective power is continuously adjusted even at the time of switching of an operation mode, and the switching time of the operation mode can be shortened.SOLUTION: The pumping power generation system includes a plurality of pumping power generation devices which are interconnected to a power system, and a power command device which transmits effective power commands to the plurality of pumping power generation devices. The power command device transmits the effective power commands by determining the effective power commands for the plurality of pumping power generation devices such that an operable pumping power generation device, among the plurality of pumping power generation devices, can compensate the minimum effective power of one or more pumping power generation devices that are unoperable by switching of an operation mode, on the basis of respective effective power of the plurality of pumping power generation devices, respective minimum effective power of the plurality of pumping power generation devices, a system effective power command which is transmitted from a central control device for controlling a demand-and-supply balance with respect to another system and which is for specifying system effective power necessary for the demand-and-supply balance, and a change rate regarding system effective power necessary for the demand-and-supply balance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
