To solve a fault, in which not only excess load is applied to a pumped hot-water push-up pipe but also a labor hour is required for maintaining a submerged pump though a heat-insulated casing is penetrated up to a pit bottom in a well excavating pit, the submerged pump is housed in specified depth in the excavating pit, a sealed housing is disposed, a heat-insulated pumped hot-water suction pipe is hung down near the pit bottom from a bottom, and hot-spring water is forwarded to a hot-water storage tank on a ground through the pumped hot-water push-up pipe connected to the submerged pump by the submerged pump through the pumped hot-water suction pipe in the pumping-up method of the hot water of a hot spring from the location of the hot spring of a deep section in conventional devices.
Casings or heat-insulated casings 4, 4a are penetrated into well excavating pits 1, 1b up to a pit bottom 1a, and an auxiliary casing, in which a top face is opened and which has a base, or a heat-insulated auxiliary casing 14a, in which a top face is opened and which has a base, is inserted to the upper section of the casing 4a. A pumped hot-water suction pipe 8a is hung down near the pit bottom 1a from the base, and a hot-water storage tank 13 is supplied with hot-spring water in the auxiliary casing 14a from the pumped hot-water push-up pipe 8b through the pumped hot-water suction pipe 8a by a submerged pump 8 arranged into the auxiliary casing 14a.
