To provide a manual pumping-up pump which is operated with slight force.

This pump is constituted of: a suction port 22; a delivery port 24 for delivering water suctioned from the suction port 22; a hollow outer pipe 20 having an opening part 26 above the delivery port 24; a reciprocating rod 30 inserted into the outer pipe 20 through the opening part 26 so as to reciprocate; and a space through which the water flows between an inner surface of the outer pipe 20 and an outer surface of the reciprocating rod 30. A suction valve 28 is provided near the suction port 22. A piston 34 having a suction hole 40 and a delivery valve 38 on an upper part thereof are provided on a lower end side of the reciprocating rod 30 through a hollow fixture 36 having a water flowing hole 42 on a wall surface and opened downward. The suction valve 28 and the delivery valve 38 are positioned on a position lower than the surface of the water to be pumped up.
