Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a punch capable of completing lower hole drilling, burring, and tapping by one stroke of a press machine, a tapping unit, a press mold, and a press processing method.SOLUTION: A punch 4 has: a lower hole drilling part 41; a burring forming part 42; a binding part 43; and a tapping part 44. The lower hole drilling part 41 forms a lower hole having a small diameter d1 in a workpiece, and the burring forming part 42 forms a burring having a large diameter d2. The binding part 43 is formed at the rear end of the burring forming part 42, and the tapping part 44 forms a female screw in the burring. The tapping part 44 is a swelled tap having a thread 44a, and the burring part 42 has a thread 42a. The diameter d4 of the binding part 43 is smaller than the inner diameter of the female screw of the burring, and the length L1 of the binding part 43 is larger than that of the burring.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
