Abstract:

To provide a punch forced return mechanism and a punch processing device capable of further surely extracting a punch from a work.

When a driver 35 rises from a bottom dead center, a coil spring 21 for energizing a breakthrough punch 20 and a slide 22 in a direction for extracting a blade part 202 of the breakthrough punch 20 in a case 23, does not normally function, and as a result of it, when a predetermined clearance is formed between a sliding surface 351 of the driver 35 and a sliding surface 45 of a pusher bolt 4 before the breakthrough punch 20 is extracted from the work 32 without pushing out the slide 22 from an opening part 230 of the case 23, an under surface 55 of a plate part 53 of a positive return plate 5 and an under surface 46 of a flange 44 of the pusher bolt 4 are mutually hooked until at least the breakthrough punch 20 is extracted from the work 32, and the slide 22 is pulled in an extraction direction from the case 23 by the rise of the driver 35.
