A sheet 1 is transported on a transport table 12, and articles 2 are punched off from the sheet 1 by a blade 22 moving up and down installed over the table 12. The blade 22 is shaped cylindrical and its cutting edge 24 is provided at the periphery of the bottom. The blade 22 is furnished internally with a vertically moving shedder 36 wherein the lower limit is set at or below the bottom of the cutting edge 24, and the shedder 36 is energized downward by a spring 46. When the blade 22 sinking has punched off one article of products, the article 2 intrudes once to inside the blade 22, but the shedder 36 will push back the article 2 to the sheet 1 in association with the following rise of the blade 22.
