Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make a sliding member to the irreducible minimum capacity, to contrive reduction in cost, to facilitate the adjustment of space for a pressure receiving part and to reduce man-hour for assembly.
CONSTITUTION: A ram guide 13 equipped with a punch P is perpendicularly arranged from an upper frame 9 through a sliding member 11, the flange part 17a of a ram base 17 equipped with a ram cylinder 15 is adjusted and attached, with a slight space maintained, between the ram guide 13 and the upper frame 9, the ram base 17 is provided on the ram guide 13 freely movably up and down against the ram guide 13, and simultaneously a die guide 25 is provided from a lower frame 5 through a sliding member 27. The flange part 23a of a die base 23 which is provided with a die D between the die guide 25 and the lower frame 5 is adjusted and attached with a slight space maintained; and the die base 23 is provided on the lower frame 5 freely movably up and down against the die guide 25.
