Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a punch press to transfer the force by a toggle lever unit structure.
SOLUTION: Connection rods 5, 6 projected in the mutually opposite direction are arranged on an eccentric shaft, and connected to connection members 9a, 10a. One connection member 9a is connected to a first punch 56 through two toggle levers 15a, 15b, and 16a, 16b, and pressing heads 28, 29 and the other connection member 10a is connected to a second punch 57 through two toggle levers 17a, 17b and 18a, 18b, and pressing heads 30, 31. A long tool fitting space can be realized together with two punches obtained by symmetrically splitting a driving element to the eccentric shaft, and the large number of revolution of the machine, the limited output, and the low inertial force become dominant.
