To solve the inconvenience wherein, in a manual type small lot processing shredder, any part of an object other than the fringe is not easy to be transferred to a shredder portion and partial shredding of a center portion of an object having a wide area is difficult, whereas in mass processing electrical and manual shredders, both an object and a processing object are needlessly wasted and large space is required, and particularly noise for a long time by the electric shredder is a problem.

The punch type shredder matches two metal plates having a protruded and recessed surfaces disposed parallel and punches holes by applying simultaneous vertical transferring motion to the metal plates with adequate heavy pressure. The shredder includes a shredder having cutting and hole-punching functions using a pressure-type hole punching construction part and a scissors type mechanism, and a shredder having just the pressure-type hole punching construction part by itself that is constructed not to block a surrounding area of the two metal plates and movable to any position instantly for shredding. A shredder applied with the above is made to have electrical or manual type construction and is totally enclosed by a case cover, and retains a constant torque and responsiveness by reciprocating motion of the pressure-applied vertical transfer being transmitted via a transmission part, thereby solving the problem.
