Abstract:

To provide a punching device capable of discharging a punched product while downsizing and simplifying the device, and a punching method.

The punching device includes: a first projection 24 and a second projection 28 for forming a dowel 102 projected to the punching direction on steel material 20; an outer diameter punching part 32 including an outer diameter punching punch 70, an outer diameter punching die 72, and a reverse pressing plate 74, and forming blank material 22 by performing punching press to the steel material 20 while pressing the steel material 20 to the outer diameter punching punch 70 side with the reverse pressing plate 74 at a position on a feeding direction side of the steel material 20 with respect to the dowel 102; and a discharge part 34 for pushing out and discharging the blank material 22 to the feeding direction of the steel material 20 by the dowel 102.
