Abstract:
To provide a punching device capable of punching a moving thick sheet material and having a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A punching device 1 has a die 10, a punch 20, a punch holder 50, a die axis part 12, a punch axis part 25, a first synchronous rotation mechanism for synchronizing and rotating the die axis part 12 and the punch axis part 25 in an opposite direction, and a reciprocation mechanism 30 for moving the punch 20 toward the die 10. The reciprocation mechanism 30 has a punch holder 50 for supporting the reciprocation of the punch 20, a cam 31, a biasing member 32, and a cam axis part 33. Further, there are provided a common frame 2 for supporting the die axis part 12, the punch axis part 25 and the cam axis part 33 so that a relative position may not change. When the mutual axis center of the punch 20 and the die 10 rotating synchronously is matched oppositely, it is configured so that a movement amount in which the cam 31 moves the punch 20 toward the die 10 may become maximum.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
