Abstract:
To provide a punching metal mold assembling method by which a punch and a die can be precisely aligned, and a punching metal mold suitable for the assembling method.SOLUTION: A method for assembling a punching metal mold 1 includes: a process in which at least one punch 24 having a tip on which a punch cutting edge is formed, and at least one die block 34 in which a die cutting edge corresponding to the punch cutting edge is formed are prepared; a process in which a height of the punch 24 is adjusted so that the tip of the punch 24 projects from a punch guide 26; a process in which the die cutting edge of the die block 34 is fitted to the tip of the punch 24 of which a position is regulated by the punch guide 26 to position the die block 34 with respect to the punch 24; and a process in which a die backing plate 31 is brought into contact with the die block 34 from a side opposite to the punch 24 to fix the die block 34 to the die backing plate 31.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
