Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a punching die, in which the wear and the heat generation in a sliding part can be prevented without lubricating the sliding part subjected to relative slide.
CONSTITUTION: In the punching die, a punch 4 is provided freely slidably in a punch guide 3 supported freely slidably in a die supporting body 2 so as to punch a work 9 between the punch 4 and a die 10. The punch guide sleeve 3 is divided into a sleeve part 3b and a holder part 3c and the sleeve part 3b is made of an oilless material. By this constitution, without lubricating the sliding parts between the die supporting body 2 and the sleeve part 3b and between the sleeve part 3b and the punch 4, the generation of wear and heat can be prevented, thereby the need for a large scale of automatic oil supplying device and the labor for lubrication is eliminated.
