Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce the number of tools and to shorten the working time by respectively rotating and indexing a die inside a multi-tool.
CONSTITUTION: A tool holder housing 51 engaging a punch holder 57 with a die holder providing plural upper part dies 21, and engaging lower part dies 23 on a punch head 17 with a die head 19 is provided freely rotatably, and an inside holder 61 supporting plural upper part dies 21 and the lower part dies 23 on this punch holder 57 and the die holder is provided freely rotatably. Then, at least one of driving sources (index motor 29, tool index motor 145) is provided which drives a die indexing driving system to rotate the tool holder housing 51 engaging the punch holder 57 and the die holder and an indexing driving system to select one among plural inside holders 61 and to rotate.
