To favorably carry out the punching of parts being four corners of a stupe medicine product on textile for a long period of time.
This punching method punches patterns at constant intervals in the passing direction on the belt type textile M1 passing between a punching blade 9 and an anvil roll 8 by rotating the punching blade 9 provided with a knife edge 16a forming the patterns to punch at equal distances from a rotating shaft and the anvil roll having a rotating shaft in parallel with the former rotating shaft in opposite directions of each other. The peripheral velocity of the knife edge and the passing speed of the textile are made equal to each other, and the peripheral velocity of the anvil roll is made lower than the peripheral velocity of the knife edge.
