PURPOSE: To provide a punching plate which has the highly decorative effect and the highly mass productivity by penetrating holes of two kinds, at least, of the size on suitable positions and together providing a blank space without penetrating these holes.

CONSTITUTION: A large diameter hole 1 is penetrated at a multi crossing point of the squares like a checkerboard selected on a 1st orthogonal coordinates system 1a, and a small diameter hole 2 is penetrated at a multi crossing point of the squares selected on a 2nd orthogonal coordinates system 2a, which are penetrated with a punching machine at the time of imaging the 1st orthogonal coordinates system 1a like the lattice of a go board and the 2nd orthogonal coordinates system 2a whose positions are respectively deviated by a half unit length to the mutually orthogonal direction. In such a way, a letter or a graphic, etc., is formed, and together a blank part 3 is formed nearby the letter or the graphic.
