Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a core thin plate, in which the number of rod inserting grooves does not correspond to a multiple of the number of setting position reference holes or vice versa, to be rotatably punched. SOLUTION: Only when the phase in the circumferential direction of a punching start section S with respect to a rod inserting groove 5 is shifted from a reference phase only by an angle θ in a core thin plate C2 that is initially set on an index table 2 of a punching machine K after the plate C2 has been rotated by an angle given by the expression (360 deg./Number of setting position reference holes P) in a core rotating apparatus D of a loader A, the plate C2 is rotated only by the shifted angle θ. As a result, the setting position of the plate C2 is corrected to the reference phase.
