Abstract:
To reuse a plastic food bag brought from a supermarket or the like as a water draining bag for kitchen garbage.
The punching tool is constituted to be an openable elastic body with a plurality of needle-like protruded portions and a means for penetrating the protruded portions as an integrated body, so that a plurality of pinholes are easily punched at a time by sandwiching the plastic bag.
