To provide a punctual implement sealable the tip opening of a needle tube after blood collection by a simple operation without obstructing a punctual operation.

This punctual implement 1 indicated in Figure 2 is provided with the needle tube (needle body) 2 having a sharp needle tip 21 at a tip part, a hub 3 fixed to the base end part of the needle tube 2, a protector 4 turnably installed to the hub 3 and a sealing member 7 provided inside the protector 4. The protector 4 is connected to a fixing member 6 through a flexible belt-like connection member 5 and is turned to the first position of covering at least the needle tip 21 of the needle tube 2 and the second position of separating from the needle tube 2 by the deformation of the connection member 5. At the time of turning the protector 4 to the first position, the sealing member 7 seals the tip opening 22 of the needle tube 2. Also, the protector 4 is provided with an engaging piece 42 as a holing means for holding the first position.
