To solve the problems that it is difficult to control the speed of forward movement and backward movement of a puncture needle for blood drawing and pains are given to a patient during puncture.
The puncture device includes: a housing 12 having an opening 13 on the side of a front end 12a; a plunger 15 which is provided facing the opening 13, and on which the puncture needle 14 is freely detachably mounted; and an energizing means 16 which is formed of a freely extendible and contractible elastic body and energizes the plunger 15 in an anteroposterior direction. A speed control means 18 for controlling the moving speed of the plunger 15 is provided, and the speed control means 18 is operated as a deceleration means when the plunger 15 is moved to the side of the front end 12a by the energizing means 16 and is operated as an acceleration means when the plunger 15 is moved to the side of a rear end 12b by the energizing means 16. Thus, an expected purpose is achieved.
