PURPOSE: To perform a tricky action near to an actual performance operation by a person by the composite arm rocking operation of an arm part and the inclining motion of the upper half body in multiple directions.

CONSTITUTION: This puppet which plays a musical instrument by the rocking operation of the arm part consists of a first operating arm part 11 conducting rocking or rotating motion in a prescribed direction, and a second operating arm part 13 conducting rocking or rotating motion in a direction different from that of the first operating arm part 11. Each base terminal of the first operating arm part 11 and the second operating arm part 13 is formed by connecting at a tip side of the arm part, and the action of the arm part is formed by respective operations of the first operation arm part 11 and the second operating arm part 13. Moreover, a puppet main body is supported so as to be fluctuated in the multiple directions by a multiple rocking rack 6, and the inclining motion of the puppet main body is performed in a supporting direction sequentially.
