Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pure water production apparatus capable of ascertaining the internal state of an ion exchange column.SOLUTION: It is a manufacturing apparatus provided with: an anionic column 50 filled with an anion exchange resin and contacting the water to be treated with an anion exchange resin to produce pure water; at least one pair of electrodes 41a and 41b disposed so as to be in contact with the anion exchange resin and measures conductivity of the anion exchange resin continuously; and analyzing means 10 for calculating the ion concentration in the solid phase in the anion column at an arbitrary time by using a measured value of conductivity of the electrodes 41a and 41b, a load fluctuation of the water to be treated, a regeneration frequency of the anion exchange resin and an amount of the regenerant as parameters, to simulate the state of the anion exchange resin based on the comparison result between the calculation result at the arbitrary time and a measured value of the conductivity.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
