Abstract:
To improve the work efficiency of the soil purification work by shortening the time taken for the cleaning treatment in a cleaning tank.
A storage part 80 is installed in the upper end part of a cleaning tank 11, so as to make harmful substances such as oils and PCB, which are floating in the liquid surface of a solvent, overflow and be received in the storage part 80. A harmful substance discharge pipe 82 having a discharge pump 81 is joined to the storage part 80 and the harmful substance discharge pipe 82 is joined to an organic substance treatment apparatus 48.
