Abstract:
To purify a D-lactic acid dehydrogenase in a high purity and a high recovery rate by applying an affinity chromatography to a solution containing the D-lactic acid dehydrogenase using a blue pigment as a ligand.
This method for purifying a d-lactic acid dehydrogenase is to apply an affinity chromatogtaphy to a solution containing the D-lactic acid dehydrogenase of Lactobacillus fermentum UKU-2 strain (FERM-P-15779), etc., by using a blue color pigment such as chibacrone blue-F-R and chibacrone blue new-F-R as a ligand. Further, as an eluent liquid, water and a buffer solution such as acetic acid, citric acid, phosphoric acid, imidazole and a Good's are preferably used.
