Abstract:
To prevent a situation where discomfort is given to a user.SOLUTION: A device for purifying a door handle 21 provided at a surface of a door panel 20 includes: a human detection sensor 42 for detecting a person in a predetermined range from the surface of the door panel 20; an opening/closing detection sensor 31 for detecting an opening/closing state of the door panel 20; and a UVC-LED 43 for irradiating the door handle 21 with deep ultraviolet rays. At the time when the door panel 20 is detected to have been closed from the state the door panel was opened by the opening/closing detection sensor 31, the detection result of the human detection sensor 42 is referred to, and only when the human detection sensor 42 has not detected a human, the UVC-LED 43 is operated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
