Abstract:
To provide radiopharmaceuticals for in vivo imaging, in particular a method of purifying a radiotracer which comprises aF-labeled aminooxy-functionalized biological targeting moiety.SOLUTION: A method of purification of a radiotracer comprises steps of: (a) providing a radiotracer; (b) adding a radioprotectant to the radiotracer to obtain a radiotracer solution; (c) retaining the radiotracer in an SPE cartridge; (d) washing the SPE cartridge from step (c) one or more times with a wash solution; (e) washing the SPE cartridge from step (d) one or more times with water or an aqueous buffer solution; (f) eluting the washed SPE cartridge of step (d) or (e) with an elution solvent to obtain an eluate comprising purified radiotracer in the elution solvent.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
