Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a bathtub hot water purifier having a simple sterilizing device capable of effectively sterilizing bathtub hot water without doing harm to a human body at all.
CONSTITUTION: Independently of a main purifying pipeline 14 based on filtering subjecting the hot water in a bathtub 2 pumped up through a hot water suction pipe 3 to purifying treatment such as filtering in a filter tank 5 to again return the purified hot water to the bathtub 1 from a hot water jet pipe 9, the hot water 2 in the bathtub 1 is pumped up from a sterilizing hot water suction pipe 16 by a sterilizing and circulation pump 17 to be stored in an ultraviolet sterilizing tank 18 equipped with an ultraviolet irradiation device 20 emitting ultraviolet rays with a wavelength of 100-260nm and an air diffusing plate 23 jetting air into the tank 18. An ultraviolet sterilizing pipeline 15 irradiating the hot water mixed with air with ultraviolet rays to subject the same to ultraviolet sterilization including ozone sterilization to again jet the sterilized hot water to the bathtub 1 from a sterilizing hot water jet pipe 9. By this constitution, regardless of the purification of hot water in the main purifying pipeline, hot water can be subjected to effective ultraviolet sterilization including ozone sterilization for a necessary time corresponding to the contamination degree of hot water and unreacted ozone is decomposed by ultraviolet rays to be made harmless.
