PURPOSE: To automatically conduct a series of operations such as collection of residue, washing work and so on by providing an air blower having a rotary air nozzle in the interior thereof.
CONSTITUTION: After the completion of intermittent discharge work, a delivery port 13 is connected to a residue collecting hopper by an elevating chute 18, and in such a condition, the residue is discharged by drive of a rotary feeder 4 and a vibration feeder 5. A device 1 is washed by starting the rotary feeder 4, fully opening a damper, blowing air by an air blower 24 and simultaneously spraying compressed air thereto by an air nozzle. Meantime, the air nozzle 26 of the air blower 24 is turned with a proper rotational frequency. Accordingly, the interior of the device 1 is washed uniformly, besides the details of the damper can be washed, and the air is sent from a scavenge receiving hopper through a duct to a dust collector.
