Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the purifying method for polluted soil capable of efficiently purify soil over a wide range and minimizing the number of the wells to be excavated.
CONSTITUTION: This purifying method consists in forming the a polluted area existing in a position deeper than the water level of the ground water as a layer which can be forcibly ventilated by lowering of the water level and discharging the polluted ground water and the polluted gases separately to above the ground and treating the water and the gases. Further, the wells for lowering the ground water level and the wells for injecting the air are commonly used.
